6:00-7:30 pm

complimentary 4th of July cocktails

oyster shooters, apple water, vodka, apple gelee

chicken skewers, sweet chili sesame sauce

crostini, mushroom duxcelles, Vermont goat cheese

arancini with truffle honey

lobster rolls, pancetta, arugula, smoked pepper aioli

 

6 course Chef's tasting menu...

at 7:30 pm we move into our dining rooms indoors for the tasting

start with a glass of champagne and then...

amuse

melon gazpaccio, prosciutto, creme fraiche

 

tonno

tuna tartare, chilled green garlic crema, mache, cured lemon bottarga

 

cavatelli

roasted fresh porcini, sweet peas, ricotta salata, nasturtium leaves, aged balsamic

 

astice

mini lobster clambake, lobster tail, corn ragu, lobster bisque, clams, Jim Cook's potatoes,

andouille sausage corndogs

 

maiale

Berkshire pork tenderloin, tea and citrus rub, pea greens, roasted peaches, minted aged balsamic

the fireworks...

the fireworks may be partially visible from our riverside patio, we cannot gaurantee visibility of the fireworks as they will change location according to the weather, however, the fireworks will be played on our television on the patio bar and our indoor bar
